In order to modernize its facilities, Unipêche MDM set out to build a new plant at its site in Paspébiac. The project, which required backfilling over an area covering over 5,000 m2 below the high water mark, was subject to an environmental impact study. Activa Environnement was mandated to oversee preparation of the study and to coordinate public information sessions and BAPE consultations with the client.
