The Société du chemin de fer de la Gaspésie (Gaspé Railway Company, SCFG) operates the 330 km stretch of railway between Matapédia and Gaspé. In order to deploy a new trans-shipment centre for cement powder in New Richmond, SCFG mandated Activa Environnement to prepare the authorization applications to be submitted to MDDELCC.
