Project Description
After the New Richmond landfill stopped operating, the municipality of Saint-Alphonse sought to establish a new engineered landfill in its jurisdiction. The municipality contracted Activa Environnement and its partner SNC-Lavalin to carry out the environmental impact assessment for the project. The mandate consisted of coordinating the study and integrating the various sectoral studies.
