Enerfin Canada turned to Activa Environnement’s services in order to obtain the required authorizations from Quebec’s agricultural land protection commission (CPTAQ) to install the substation needed for interconnection of the De l’Érable Wind Farm near Plessisville. Authorizations were for the installation of a substation with 3 transformers as well as extraction and 60,000 m3 of shale backfill in a protected agricultural area.
