Northland Power was selected by Hydro-Québec pursuant to the latter’s call for tenders to develop a wind farm in the municipality of Frampton in the Chaudière-Appalaches region. Activa Environnement was contracted to obtain the required authorizations from Quebec’s agricultural land protection commission (CPTAQ) for installing the associated infrastructure, notably access roads, wind turbines and a substation.
