The Indian Island First Nation Council undertook to develop a wind energy project in partnership with the other Mi’kmaq communities along New Brunswick’s eastern coast. Activa Environnement was responsible for preparing the impact assessment for the project. Our team notably conducted various analyses, surveys and simulations covering the physical, biological and human environments. We also supported the client in coordinating public information sessions for the project.
