As part of the process of renewing environmental authorizations for its sand quarry in Pont-Rouge, Construction & Pavage Portneuf contracted Activa Environnement to carry out a study on the environmental repercussions of the project. The study included characterization of the area, project impact analysis and associated mitigation measures. The said study covered the physical, biological and human environments, including groundwater, fauna and landscape issues.
