La Matapédia RCM awarded Activa Environnement the mandate of identifying the natural high water mark of the Matapédia River and Lake Matapédia in the municipalities of Val-Brillant, Sayabec and Amqui. The work was performed in order to allow the RCM to define flood elevations for each sector in the context of issuing construction permits.
