Béton Provincial is a Quebec-based company that produces concrete, asphalt and granulates. Over the years, the company has relied on Activa Environnement to prepare authorization applications for the opening, expansion and renewal of over twenty sand quarries and for the operation of ten or so mobile and stationary concrete plants.
