Ocean Group is a dredging and shipping company that operates internationally. In the context of its dredging operations in the St. Lawrence River, Ocean Group wished to establish a shore-based transfer facility in the Québec City region in order to recover a portion of the sediment. The company turned to Activa Environnement for support in the project design, feasibility verification and preparation of applications for authorizations required at the municipal and provincial levels.
