In order to meet the conditions attached to the authorization from Quebec’s agricultural land protection commission (CPTAQ), MTMDET enlisted Activa Environnement to conduct agronomic monitoring of the work site where a culvert was due to be replaced on Route 234 in Sainte-Angèle-de-Mérici. The mandate notably included baseline site characterization, agronomic monitoring and preparation of a report.
