The MTMDET awarded Couillard Construction with a contract for the reconstruction of the bridge crossing the Matapédia River at Lac-au-Saumon. In the course of this work, the company mandated Activa Environnement to undertake preparation of the environmental protection action plan, water quality monitoring and acoustic monitoring.
