Project Description
The Pierre-De Saurel RCM was retained pursuant to a Hydro-Québec call for tenders to develop a community-owned wind farm within its jurisdiction. Activa Environnement provided support for the Pierre-De Saurel Wind Farm on numerous occasions throughout the project development stage. One of the mandates entrusted to our team consisted of preparing the environmental action plan for the construction phase. The said plan included numerous site-specific mitigation measures designed to reduce the impact of the construction work on the local environment.
