As part of its oil exploration efforts on the island of the same name, Anticosti Hydrocarbons L.P., through its operator (Pétrolia), contracted Activa Environnement to perform baseline soil and water characterization at the location of 16 stratigraphic drilling sites. The characterization aimed to gather information on the environmental quality of soils and groundwater prior to the commencement of work.
