Activa Environnement was contracted by Pattern Energy to perform wildlife monitoring for the Mont-Sainte-Marguerite Wind Farm (Chaudière-Appalaches region) for the first three years of the project’s operations.

As part of the wind farm development process, Activa Environnement is responsible for the bird and bat mortality monitoring program as well as the behavioural study. The monitoring program is to be carried out for the first three years following wind farm commissioning and every 10 years thereafter for the duration of the project’s operations.
