A group of eight investors is currently developing Le Bourg du Petit-St-Jean, a housing project consisting of over 1,400 residential units in Lévis. Activa Environnement was contracted in 2017 to obtain authorizations from CPTAQ for construction of the sanitary sewer, an essential preliminary step of the project.

Building this sewer line, which is located in a protected agricultural area, is a prerequisite for any residential development planned in the outskirts of this sector since the local sanitary sewer network needs to be upgraded. Activa Environnement is therefore proud to have contributed to this key step of the project.

The Bourg du Petit-St-Jean project is valued at an estimated $500M. It is being developed by a consortium of companies including Construction Gély inc., La seigneurie Turmel Inc., Les immeubles L.M.B.F. Inc., 9321-6851 Québec Inc., Les entreprises Georges-Émile Huot Inc., Constructions Huot et Bouchard Inc., Quartier Beau-Rivage Inc. and Fabrique de la paroisse de Saint-Nicolas-de-Lévis.
